Marketing, Sales & operation coordination

Assist Director to Follow up with various people & conclude the task

Customer relationship & handling post sales

JOB PURPOSE :

Sales Coordination

Sending quotations to customers

Performa Invoice & Invoice generation and sending to customer

Follow Ups

Coordination in supply chain

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

Coordination among different parties

Proficiency in fluent English speaking/writing

Proficiency in Excel,

Mail Chimp Software

V-Tiger / CRM software

Technical knowledge of Products (Will be given by company)

Telephonic Selling / Appointment skills/ Customer handling

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Prompt, Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, liaising skills, excellent coordination skills with cross functional department.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in any stream (Technical preferred)
