Job Description
To answer & make calls for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with the services provided and taking feedbacks on time
Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Offer support and solutions to customers and clients in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Reporting to the team leader for day-to-day functioning
Other duties as requested
Qualification : Any
Experience : 1 year minimum
Salary : 1.80 - 2.16 LPA + Overtime
Other Skills :
- Fluent in English ( Verbal & Written)
- Basic Computer Knowledge - MS-Excel / E-Mail
