Job Description :

Good Communication.
Experience in US Mortgage.
Knowledge in Appraisal.
Flexible to work in shifts.

Responsibilities :

Valuation of real estate - residential properties in US. Sound understanding of all the valuation approaches and its application to various report types.
Prepare written market value reports from cover to cover with minimal analytical guidance of a senior.
Prepare and completes analysis and research for simple properties assigned into a full appraisal report.
Make a comparison analysis based on sales of similar properties with significant input from Sr. Appraiser
Prepares real estate appraisal reports, including entering property data, taking complete details of the subject and comparable. Confirms data, analyze, and performs additional research as necessary.
