Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidate with 2-4 years of experience for the position of Associate - Campus Relations.
As an Associate - Campus Relations, you are expected to acquire/hire Subject Matter Experts (Freelancers) by engaging and building relations with different campuses. An ideal Associate - Campus Relations is a street smart, driven and outgoing professional with excellent relationship building skills. You will join a band of professionals with unstoppable spirit and never say never attitude
Responsibilities:
- Identify & build relationships with campus TPO, student groups and academic network.
- Identify, develop and manage channels that can generate more experts to be onboarded and influence this network.
- Be the SPOC for managing relations with the channels.
- Be confident enough to make presentations and represent Chegg at Campus Hiring drives.
- Follow-up with candidates using phone call and email with potential leads.
- It's a target oriented role.
- Any other tasks allocated from time to time based on business requirements
Must Have:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in Content Writing
- Good in public speaking and PR
