Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Candidate should have experience and technical knowledge to develop solutions for large and complex customer s environment and the inherent problems. Candidate should also have the skills, ability and experience in designing new (or/and improving the existing) solutions as implemented in customer environment focusing on continuous improvement on the implemented technical solution/processes which clearly show measureable output.
Candidate should engage (triages/reports/executive summary) with senior-level technology decision makers at client side and other internal teams within the organisation (service delivery, senior management, other technical teams, project teams, onshore teams). He would be responsible for focusing on the development of customer solutions and involving MAC and JAMF technologies.
Critical Skills Include:-

Good understanding about Workplace services

Expert in end to end monitoring and analytics services

Design, Implement and operate End Point Operations monitoring & analytics platform
4
Setup processes and execute integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Nexthink, Desktop Analytics, SaaS Platforms, etc.

Setup proactive monitoring alerts for suitable remediation in a timely manner
6
Maintaining analytics tool and share reports to leads and other stakeholders
7
Control KPIs, scores, performance dashboards with in target environments

Setup governance measures around proactive monitoring and analytics activities
9
Drive experience enhancement dashboard and programs

Setup and operate on a 24x7 basis End Point Operations - Analytics Center

Publish dashboards as per the define frequency/real time as applicable to all relevant stakeholders.

Prior experience in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, batch etc...)
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications Requires a Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 8 years experience Requires in-depth knowledge and experience Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions Works independently and receives minimal guidance Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
