Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are searching Sales Manager in Zirakpur location. Having 4+ years of experience.
About our client: -
Our client is a very renowned Real Estate company established in 2005 and one of the prominent Real Estate companies in the North India. Its operations span from Residential (Independent Duplex Houses, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK, Group Housing) to Commercial (Multiplex, Retail, Hotel, Office spaces). Their head office is based at Zirakpur near Chandigarh.
Job Responsibility:-
- Develop new channels and guide them for upcoming & existing projects
- Build and maintain existing channels and ensure timely closure of queries
- Attend Meetings, sales events for Promoting the brand.
- Provide appropriate / relevant information to the CRM, which will help them to appropriately reply on client queries.
- Ensure Sales product training to be given to Channel partners
- To understand the need of the customer and to provide the product in line with customer aspiration.
- Cross Sales through the existing customers by attractive benefits.
