We are hiring Front line officer for our reputed Finance company.

Job Description:

Grade : Front line officer & Collection

Nature of Employment : On Roll

Key Responsibilities:

Fund collection and Identify right resource

1. Village identification within the radius
2. Feasibility study of the village based on demographics, activities and financial needs of the customers
3. Assist the MC-IC in making the village approval
4. Visiting potential customers in order to develop business

The job involves extensive travelling within the assigned area, Collecting finance money from the exiting customers and support new customer to get Finance

Responsible for achieving monthly sales& Collection Targets.

To fulfill KYC & compliance Norms.

To increase the customer base by developing business, relationship with the current customers.

Skill Required:

Micro finance experience, sales and Collection experience is must.

Good Convincing and Negotiation Skills

Good Communication Skills in Local Language

Good interpersonal Skill

Ability to work on digital platforms

Computer Skills - Ms Office

Conveyance Requirement: Two wheeler required for Mobility.

Salary& Incentive:

Salary: CTC - Rs 1.2 Lacs p.a to 1.4 lacs p.a (Approx ) Take home.

Incentive & Allowance based on performance.
