Job Description
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in USA recruitment.
- Candidates should have experience recruiting for the US market. We are not looking for fresh candidates.
- Experience in Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and Social Media to find candidates.
- Candidates should have excellent search skills (Boolean, expert search) to find the best candidates and close them.
- Full life-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent searches of highly skilled candidates across the Microsoft technology stack
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to capture and record activity
- Timely management of sourced candidates, recruiting & qualifying candidates through all available channels: social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals etc.
- Managing candidates through a multi-stage evaluation process
- Maintain proper documentation at all times and diligently maintaining an online database of candidates & customers
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
