Manager in TanServ is responsible for delivery for a set of existing clients, with an emphasis on great client experience. Working with a dedicated team of executives, delivery as per the client expectations is the basic foundation for this role. Delivery to client would be in the form of expected AR collections every month/quarter/Year and ensuring each collected rupee is accounted for in the books. Ensuring that the team adheres to the required norms of customer relationship and FCPA guidelines is a must. Proactive feedback to client on improvement in processes and creating an all-round experience is what we look forward to.This role involves traveling, meeting customers at locations and visiting client offices across India.
