About Us
A group that has been involved in ecommerce since 2002. With offices in the UK, India, Australia and New Zealand, we have organically built a strong portfolio of online businesses and a host of recognisable brands. Our India offices are in Vadodara and Ahmedabad and provide us with a suite of functions that include web production, marketing, accounting and support. Where a lot of international companies utilize manpower from India, we don't see them as a back office but rather the core of what we do and who we are as a team.
The Job
Unlike most companies we don't deploy agencies to manage our PPC accounts. We have over 100 of our own websites that we need to use over a thousand different accounts across 13 different international markets. This is why if you know paid search, you will love our environment. We have positions available within either of the disciplines that include search, shopping, display and portals. Our key objective is to maximise sales whilst keeping a healthy ROI. This role will therefore require you to constantly analyze what works and what doesn't and then to take actions to implement and test in order to get the best possible result.
About You
3 years experience within a paid search role.
Ecommerce exposure is a must.
You are able to demonstrate a strong understanding of ROI management.
Google Ads Certification in either discipline is essential.
Specialist knowledge in either search, shopping, display or portals would be advantageous.
Results driven individual.
Somebody who is able to take ownership of projects or tasks.
Exposure to international campaigns would be beneficial.
Super strong analytical skills.
Ability to come up with solutions to problems.
You are able to demonstrate prior results that you have achieved.
You are somebody who takes pride in their work.
You are meticulous when managing campaigns and rarely make mistakes.
Somebody who is able to improve on existing campaigns and create new ones.
You have a good standard of English.
Communication skills within the team and with stakeholders a must.
A good standard of education.
Time management skills and self organisation is critical.
You are able to take feedback on your work.
Intelligent, a strong work ethic and an amazing attitude.
