Hello Candidates,

We are searching for dynamic candidates for top notch BPO's service provider companies based in Gurgaon which deals in financial investment & customer services .

Job Location :- Gurgaon

Process :- Voice & Chat / Inside Sale

Designation :- Sr. Associate / Customer Care Executive

Salary :- 16K to 18K + incentives for fresher

:- upto 30K + incentives for experienced

Shifts :- Day Shift

Working Days :- 5 Days ( according to process)

Interview Mode :- Face 2 Face

Ops Round

Job Responsibilities:-

Voice Process:-

Advising for insurance on call for the leads provided by the company.
Generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer.
Help customer with online payment completion.
No cold calling or random calling.

Chat Process:-

Need to solve the queries on chat.

Desirable Profile :-

Any Fresher/ undergraduate / graduate / MBA can apply
Should have excellent communication skills .
Proper day shift.
