Assistant Manager/Sr. ExecutiveIndustrial Sales (Auto Lubricants Divn.), at Ahmedabad / Rajkot, in Gujarat (A Well Established & Large Reputed Indian Industrial Company) The Opportunity & Role: This is a front-line career opportunity in Industrial Sales both direct sales and channel sales management - with one of the best and largest India industrial business house. The position is based in a prominent City in Gujarat (Ahmedabad or Rajkot); and the role envisages Industrial Sale for the Company's Automotive Lubricant division, which is a joint venture in collaboration with a European MNC among the Global leaders in Petroleum specialties You will be developing and growing sales of Automotive/Industrial Lubricants from the Industrial segment; Identifying and appointing Distributors/Channel Partners; Proactively managing the Customers Relationship, and effectively servicing Key Accounts, with constant insights in to the customers business plans/forecasts; Growing the company's share of business volume; while having a pulse of the Market intelligence, with an hawks eye on the competitors moves.
Position: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Industrial Sales (Auto Lubricants Division)
Location: Ahmedabad (1 no.) / Rajkot (1 no.) in Gujarat state
Educational Qualification: Any Engineering (Degree or Diploma) - Preferably in Mechanical Engineering. OR Science Graduate with a Management qualification.
[Note: Candidates should have attended & passed a regular/full-time Graduate Degree/Diploma course within the standard time frame].
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience in Industrial Sales of Industrial Oils, Chemicals, or Industrial Consumables.
Candidate Profile: Good Communication skill; Pleasing Personality; and Good in Networking and Customer Relationship management.
Preferred Industries: Industrial Oils, Lubricants, Chemicals, or Industrial Consumables.
Salary: Good Salary - not constraint for the right candidates

Job Profile/Job Description: - Develop new sales from Industrial segment
- Look after existing customers to maintain and increase business
- Distributor appointment
- Track customer information, forecasts; and make reports (in excel) & report business status to reporting manager daily basis
- Collection of payment, and statutory tax forms as required
- Market intelligence - Keep management informed of changing industry dynamics, market conditions, competitions & customer development
