Job Description
Incumbent will be based at a Hospital to identify potential customer base and counsel them to join the concept of Stem Cells Banking and New Born Screening .
Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth, seamless on boarding of new customers;
Incumbent will be responsible for approaching respective customers to generate primary leads;
Incumbent will be responsible for building healthy relationships with gynaecologists/doctors;
Incumbent will be responsible to complete full cycle of client absorption into the system (i.e.
Enrollment, Payment follow ups and Collection);
Incumbent will be responsible for handling customer queries and grievances;
Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining good client relationship;
Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and timely reporting of MIS / other daily reports about leads generated, self-fixed presentation, CRM presentation and doctor calls;
Required Candidate profile
An effective communicator with good presentation skills.
Possess good analytical skills, frame strategies based on market dynamics.
Consultative problem solver.
