A Silk retailer of Export Brand in Bangalore urgently requires a Female Executive -ECommerce and Social Media.

Job Responsibility

Coordinating with the photographer and his team

Choose the right product for the photo shoots - Website and Social Media

To write suitable content for the products showcased in the website and social media

Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media and other platforms

To Analyse the competitive brands, their social media and website and suggest necessary changes

To coordinate with the logistic partners and ensure the timely dispatch of the products

Any problems arising out of the Website, Payment gateway and legal documentations etc., to be sorted out with the right agencies

Nurturing customers who are engaging with the brand online. Create customer WhatsApp groups to encourage engagement. Post regular videos and pictures to the group to increase engagement.

Engage and provide pictures to individual customers for sales conversions.

Coordinate with the shop floor to send videos/ pictures to customers to enable them to make decisions.

Following up on client pictures for social media.

Use the customer database effectively to increase digital customer engagement and satisfaction.

Meet monthly targets. Send daily and monthly progress reports on your work.

Reporting to Digital marketing consultant.

Salary : 30k

Experience: Minimum 5 years
