Job Description
Hey Job Seekers Greetings!! Looking for new challenges?? Here we are having something for you- We Datamatics Global Services looking for Java Developer Pune location Mandates- Notice period: Immediate/30 Days (We need candidates who are immediate joiners or max with NP of 15 days. Ensure that only such profiles are sent for shortlisting. If NP is greater that profile will not be entertained.)Responsibilities
- Support, Supervision & Management
- System Monitoring
- Level 1 support without on-site call
- Level 1 support with on-site call needed (physical check & validation, hardware intervention, onsite maintenance with 3rd party)
- Control & Reporting
- Morning check (health check of systems with early reporting to onsite)
- Security Reporting (patch, hardening)
- Regular Restore test (files & servers)
- PowerShell Scripting
- Continuous monitoring of the environment in Zabbix
- Change
- Windows patching (with WSUS, manual process for critical servers)
- Linux Redhat patching
- ESX patching and administration with Vcenter
- Component deployment or upgrade
- On-demand specific activities from TAM (Technical Administration Manager)
- Handling von changes on operating system level (Windows, Linux, ESXI)
- Project driven changes
- Installation & integration of ESXI-, Windows-, Linux-, NetApp- and NetBackup systems
- End Users requests (change or incident)
- NetApp / Windows File Server / help accessing shares
- Demand from Service catalog ticket (permission change, file restore)
- Troubleshooting on application servers
- Troubleshooting on performance issues
- Minimum 34 years' experience
- Strong background in Windows 2012 & 2016 administration
- Knowledge in ESXI environment (Vcenter, Hosts, VRTX systems)
- Strong technical problem solving skills
- Basic skills on Network environment for troubleshooting
- Experience in highavailability and mission critical environment
- Experience on basic Redhat administration will be an advantage
- Skills on Netapp & NetBackup system will be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with Service Now will be an advantage
- Degree in IT or related areas with focus on technologies and infrastructure or Degree in IT
- Windows certification/Knowledge will be an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-duty service
- Willingness to travel onsite
- Proactive and independent
- German language skills will be an advantage
Please do note following things
- Position is deputed to client's location.
- Must be available for Andheri, Mumbai location joining
- Having 15days notice or less than 30 days and ready for 360 degree interview
- Ready for 2years Service Agreement
