Job Description
Position: Schedule Controller - PLANT ENGINEERING
Payroll : Brunel India
Duration : 18-24 months extendable contract
Responsibility include following:
- Understanding sequence of activities of Engineering, procurement and construction of Power plant projects.
- Formulating schedule.
- Allocating duration, resources in a schedule
- Monitoring and controlling schedule by periodic updating it and highlighting critical pending activities to team.
- Progress curves and reports.
- Driving closure of pending activities within team.
- Resolution of Site related issues and extending support during Erection & Commissioning stages.
- Participating in meetings with customer, vendors and consortium partners.
Requirement:
- Experience Range: Skills Min. 5 to 12 years of experience in Project / Construction Scheduling of EPC / LSTK for power / co-gen power projects using PRIMA VERA.
- Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical Engineering from reputed college / University with 3-4 years of schedule management & project Management experience in power plants/ Other Industry.
- He should be able to work independently and capable of fast decision making for multiple projects. Exposure to International projects and Experience in EPC companies shall be considered as added advantage.
- The candidate shall have Working experience in making project schedule in relevant software's like MS projects, Primavera etc. He should have excellent presentation & communication skills to handle overseas customers & suppliers.
- The candidate shall be able to plan and implement necessary action in a satisfactory manner to solve schedule related issues.
