Corporate Recruitment, Selection, Talent Acquisition, On boarding and induction, Employee Engagement and Employee Retention, Forecasting and managing budgets for H R department including manpower. Planning interventions designed to raise organizational performance. To develop & Implement HR Systems /Policies and Procedures. Organizational Re-structuring / Development. Employee Counseling / Mentoring and Grievances handling. Monitor and implement Payroll and Salary Administration. To implement Competency Modeling & Performance Management. To Liaison with Government departments like Labour Dept, ESIC, EPFO etc. Change Management and HRIS/HRMS/ERP Implementation. conduct To organise Training programs and Development. To handle Rewards and Recognition Programs. To Manage Administration, Logistics, Security and Housekeeping. To Conduct Exit Interview and Exit Formalities implementation.
