Key Responsibilities/Challenges :
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the application environment/infrastructure details
- Own and lead application infrastructure related changes, risk and compliance coordination by appropriately prioritizing the required work effort
- Create detail project plan for the assigned infrastructure related changes and execute changes as per plan in the provided timelines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders & external vendors to execute various levels of VAs (Vulnerable Assessments) related testing for applications, networks, and infrastructure
- Advise and assist application and infrastructure project teams on issue remediation/ corrective action plan, compensating control, and risk exception alternatives where IT risk requirements cannot be met
- Support reporting activities associated within key risk, control, governance, and compliance functions
- Develop standard operating procedures to facilitate handling of routine and preventative maintenance associated with our operational environment
- Work with onsite development partners to participate in design and architecture for key enterprise applications to ensure deliver software on time, to required standards and as per the design documentation
- Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
- Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements
- Work closely with Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules
- Manage time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
- Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly

Key Skills
Mandatory Skills:
- Should have 6 - 9 years of proven project experience of which atleast 5 years of application environment management and development experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming
- Experience in working multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win) hosted applications
- Significant experience with App/ Web Server (such as WebLogic, WebSphere/ WAS/ OHS/ IHS)
- Good knowledge on implementing Ant/Maven build scripting experience
- Worked on source code management such as Git Bit Bucket and SVN
- Experience in developing SOA and writing/ consuming web services
- Experience with Unix, Shell Scripting and Build Automation
- Strong Database Experience (Oracle/ SQL)
- Experience in Build Tools like TeamCity, Sonar, Jenkins, uDeploy and Jira
- Knowledge on Containerization and OpenShift
- Knowledge of web security frameworks, certificate management and various vulnerability assessment tools
Other Mandatory Aspects
- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
- Experience in Financial industry
- Experience in working on a large-scale global project.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment tools.
- Experience with Commercial Cards applications and processes would be advantageous
- Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations
- Understanding of internetworking concepts, firewall, communication protocols is a plus
- Experience with Agile Methodology
