Job Description
Dear Candidate,
To complete our IT team based in Gurgoan, we are looking for world class Sr. System Engineer.
As a Sr. System Engineer in Toluna you will be responsible for daily administration, design and support of the existing infrastructure in a global hybrid, fast moving, and dynamic environment.
Your main tasks will be to:
Act as a results-oriented self-starter, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding business environment with minimal supervision
Participate in design and implementation of infrastructure and application
Identify system failures through the use of monitoring tools, troubleshooting issues to resolution
Apply excellent organizational skills, judgment and business impact sensitivity to the operations
Operate independently while contributing to overall department success
Responsible for daily administration and support of the existing infrastructure including:
o Maintaining Linux and Windows 2003 and above Servers
o Legacy Exchange Servers
o Office 365 including Exchange /OneDrive/Sharepoint /Yammer
o Cloud providers including Windows Azure and Amazon AWS
o Microsoft IIS administration
o Citrix Netscaler
o Citrix Xenapp administration
o Email deliverability maintenance
o Active Directory administration and auditing
o VPN technologies administration
o DNS/DHCP management
o General business application support
Actively contributes to the development of new methods, procedures, processes or systems that would enhance the information technology infrastructure of the company.
Continually seek opportunities to implement process improvements via leveraging system functions.
Answer questions or resolve technology problems for users in person, via telephone or from remote location.
Install and configure system services, developing automated procedures where appropriate
Handle account administration and problem resolution
Your abilities need to be:
- Strong Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and up System Installation /Administration /Troubleshooting
- Strong RedHat Enterprise Linux System Installation /Administration /Troubleshooting
- System Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of MS Windows networking and its management
- Recent Experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft IIS administration
- Active Directory administration
- DNS/DHCP administration
Nice to have:
- MCSE 2008 or 2012
- Experience with cloud-based technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 or 2016 in an Enterprise environment
- Application delivery technologies (examples: Netscaler, F5 BigIP, Cisco WAAS)
- Xenapp administration
- SSL VPN, Access Gateway administration
- Experience working with routers, managed switches and WAN hardware
- Linux knowledge
- Security compliance
- Working relationship with R&D/development teams
- Experience with industry standards and enterprise-level redundancy
- VMware Experience or general virtualization knowledge
