Job Description

1.Snr. Design Engineer-

1. One of the leading RPS contractors of Mumbai.
2. 10-15 projects ongoing at any given time
3. 5 projects currently that are 50+ floors
4. Maximum projects in international system windows like Schuco
5. State of the art factory in Bhiwandi with all eurpoean machinery
6. Main projects currently Kalpataru Avana (lower parel), Oberoi
Enigma(mulund), Runwall Bliss(kanjurmarg), RA Residences(dadar)
7. Main Clients Kalpataru, Oberoi, Hiranandani, Peninsula,

Industry Experience required-

Making detail shop drawings with elevations, plans & sections
for approval .Providing BOQ /BOM/MTO, Fabrication and
fixing details.
Product Knowledge of ACP, semi-unitized, unitized glazing,
cutainwalls, spiders, canopies, skylights, casement & sliding
Windows
Knowledge of fixing details
Knowledge of cutting charts and Glass Release.

2.Designer or Draughtsman

Total Experience Minimum 4 to 10 years

Relevant Experience
Same as above

Qualification
Diploma in Mech or AutoCAD Draughtsman ITI course

Responsibilities / Duties
Industry Experience required
Making detail shop drawings with elevations, plans & sections for approval.
Product Knowledge of ACP, semi-unitized, unitized glazing, cutainwalls, spiders, canopies, skylights, casement & sliding Windows
Knowledge of fixing details
Knowledge of cutting charts and Glass Release.


3.Estimation Engineer-

Total Experience 2 - 3 yrs min from same industry.
Relevant Experience 2 - 3 yrs min from same industry.
Qualification BE /Diploma holder preferred.
Responsibilities / Duties Responsible for estimation and quotation preparation for aluminum windows and doors (preferable experience in international system windows like Schuco)
Responsible for estimation and quotation preparation for glazing(unitized faade, sheet cladding, dry cladding, etc) projects.
Coordinating with Purchase dept/direct vendors for glass/alum/hardware rates
Preparing Quotations in excel and converting to PDF Proposals after approval from Directors.
Maintaining Reports of all quotes/proposals prepared
Providing estimated budgets to project team after project finalization
Going through in detail client Tenders, Terms, etc.
Desired Profile Perfect knowledge of estimation for Casement and Sliding windows.
Good knowledge of ACP, Structural Glazing,Unitized, Sem-Unitised System, Spiderfittings, canopies and Patch Fittings.
Able to communicate to client via mail and telecom , to get technical data required for sending quotes
Dynamic and able to handle pressure. Needs to be prepared to deal with large volume of estimations and quotes.
Need to have a full reading ability of Auto CAD DESIGNS.
Should be a champion of MS Excel all formula sheets should be ready so that quotations can be belted out ASAP.
