Job Description

A.Design Engineers

. Candidate should be an Engg. Graduate / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from reputed College.

2. Should have min. 5 / 7 yrs of exp. (Dip. holder should have min.7 / 10 yrs of experience).

3. Exposure in Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Column etc. is essential.

4. Should be conversant with the Design softwares like Codecal / Mechcal / PV Elite, etc. and Auto Cad R 14/2000.

5. Should have knowledge of design codes like ASME , TEMA, EJMA, BS 5500 etc.

6. Exposure to process plant & systems in Oil and Gas, Refineries, Petro-Chemicals, Fertilizer Industries is preferable.


B.Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer (Boiler).

Qualfiication : B.E. (Mechanical / Dip. In Mech. Engg.)

Experience : Project Engr - min. 3 yrs.

Sr. Project Engr. - min 5 yrs.

Should have experience in erection of boiler, project execution and complete coordination activities from initial stage to finalisation of project.

Should have good analytical and project management skills.

Should have ability to communicate effectively and strong drive for results.

Responsible for erection of boiler as per the schedule.

Responsible for supervision and management of both direct and sub contract work with strong process orientation and quality, cost & safety.

Interaction with suppliers, project staff & contractors.

Scrutinising the site activities.

Managing progress of work

Preparation of project schedule / weekly project reports.

Labour management.

As per design/drawings details, measurement and bill certification from both the suppliers and contractors.

Responsible for quality of workmanship.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate Must be have a background ofOil and Gas, Refineries, Petro-Chemicals, Fertilizer Industries.
