Knowledge of OS (Windows - Win7, Win8, Win10, Linux - Redhat, Ubuntu & CentOS. Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting).
Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting.
Printer Installation & Configuration.
Microsoft Outlook Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting. Asset Management
Basic understanding of Networking fundamental
