ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • He will manage DST team comprises of 6 to 8 CSO's Based at one of the 11 cities as mentioned and their Responsibilities area.
  • Recruitment of CSO's b. Direct Selling of Motor, Health & Package policies - Products
  • Training given for Collection of DATA points
  • Product training for cross sell of Health & commercial line products
  • Sourcing of Business
  • Client Meeting - Getting direct business
  • Understanding of Product mix
  • Understanding of KPI & working towards budgets achievement

QUALIFICATION

Graduate


EXPERIENCE

Min. experience required: 4 years in GI industry
