Job Description
- He or she should be capable of Managing and train a team of Stewards and Kitchen Staff in line with the departmental SOP's e.g. guest care, service standards, up-selling approach, product knowledge, entering guestrooms, telephone manners, etc
- Responsible for attending to customer complaints and resolve them in the most balanced way
- He or she should be able to take guest comments and work towards to improve the service.
- He or she should be capable to suggest guests about different types of Cuisines
- He or she should manage and safeguard the assets of the restaurant and service.
- He or she should manage indenting and oversee proper storage of F and B Items
- He or she should oversee and monitor monthly inventory
- To maintain discipline of staff and check punctuality at all times
- Delegate work and authority to make sure all the work is done in time and as per standard guideline
- He or she should be able to conduct interviews and hire staff
- To maintain all records and provide when required to the management.
- He/She should be able to anticipate and plan service based on guest needs.
