Job Description
Vice President
Preferably looking for NGO experience.
Department:Management
Reporting to : Board members
Purpose
The VP is responsible to execute on Strategy . S/He is accountable for developing, communicating and executing strategic planswith well-defined deliverables to facilitate sustainable successof the organization.

Accountability& Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for running the organization Efficiently & with Integrity to achieve its goals, objectives and
- Conceptualize, design, discuss and get a buy-in from board, for strategies of pan India expansion of organization including enlisting support of relevant Ministry, GoI; roll these plans out in a phased manner
- Mobilization of capital and its prudential deployment, from corporates, individuals, NRIs etc.
- Promote strong visibility to the organization
- Plan and develop support mechanisms (market access, funds, training etc.) for Operations to succeed
- Penetrate for a national foot print
- Recruiting, objective setting, motivation, coaching and performance monitoring of Senior Management
- Ensure that visibility of patron Companies or individuals is enhanced, their brand image is protected so that member companies enhance participation and help with further referrals
- Ensure Regulatory/ Statutory compliances with utmost transparency
- Engage brooder constituent and gain their support in terms of their contributions of Treasure, talent and time to transform organization into a broad-based national movement
- Qualifications
- Essential
Bachelors'Degree in any field
- Desirable
Ph D/ Masters in Social Work
Masters' in Business Administration
Experience and Domain Knowledge
- Essential
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively, esp.externally.
* Strong ethical and moral values and concern for broader challenges of the society
* Strong sense of wanting to give back to society.
* Work experience should include Corporate interface, Market penetration, geographic expansion, Risk Management, and Fund Management. Collaborative mindset

* Worked in NGOs
* Corporate/ Retail Sales
* Visionary - experience of visualizing & made into reality of a large-scale project
