The person will be responsible for:
- Support & Administration of Linux & Windows OS
- Troubleshooting H/W, Network, VPN, Sonic Firewall
- Applications like MS Office,Outlook
- Able to manage Zimbra Email Server, Hosting Web Servers

The right candidate must have worked on:
- Windows & Linux Server Support
- HW & SW support on Desktop
- Identify, reproduce & resolve HW or networking problems
- Provide support on Zimbra & Email Server
- Website Hosting on AWS
- LAN & WAN Support
