Onboarding of premium members and help them in setting up their profile
Understanding the client's requirements for a Jeevansathi and search for shortlisted profiles on the basis of different Indian matrimonial norms (gender, religion/caste, mother tongue, occupation, education level, income, groups, marital status , etc.)
Reach out to prospects on behalf of the client and help in exchanging information among them and set up their meetings.
Be in regular touch with the client and keep him/her updated on the work being done on their profile by weekly or monthly reports.
Handling escalations of the clients
Achieving process SLAs and MIS report generation
Ensuring adherence to the defined process and accuracy levels on transactions
Build long term relationship with the client by provide best serving experience
