Job Description

Selected candidates need to support the existing and new customers in terms of providing the accurate data , guiding them regarding our various products. Need to manage report / MIS of ongoing calls / quarries / support process. Handle customer s call / quarries / mails and provide them the best solutions. Upload and modify products on our server. Well spoken with fluency in English and Hindi is must. Knowledge of computer operation and day - to - day usage with Internet , Email , Word , Excel , Power point etc. Good communication skills. Gender preference: Female. Must live in or relocate to Noida.
