Job Description

Ability to analyze and solve customers query / complaint inbound calls.Respond to customer enquiries related to E - commerce shopping portal.Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.Intuition in identifying customer needs

Age between 18 30 Years.Must be 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.Should have excellent communication skill.Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult , escalated calls.Must have basic computer knowledge.Knowledge on E - commerce will be preferred.Male candidates shall be preferred.Candidates must be willing to work in UK shift ( 2pm - 11pm)
