Job Description

Project Engineer

Qualification: - Degree/Dip

Exp: - Min 5+yrs

Job Description:-

Prepared tender documents or RFQs and selected contractors to bid for tender.
Awarded contracts and conducted pre-mobilization meetings with an approved contactor to validate contract terms on workforce composition, materials quality and HSE regulations.
Directed and monitored progress during project execution to ensure project deliverables conform to design specifications and quality standards.
Approved payments to Contractors per milestone and closed contracts at the completion
To supervise implement construction projects independently assisting the Project Management team Preparation of schedules, planning and costing
Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants, contractors for timely completion
Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility studies, specifying requirements
Should be able to produce drawings as per requirement and present to client
Should be able to independently conduct site meetings
Should be able to interact with client independently
Should have knowledge of current market products and rates
Providing technical inputs for methodologies
Regular feedback to Sr. Officer of the company on day today development of the Project
Billing follow up for payments
