Our travel management platform makes it a snap for the worlds largest companies to handle their complex business travel needs. Our global design team is seeking a User Experience Designer who has a passion for travel innovation, can transform complexity into transparency, and leads by doing.
What you'll do with us:
Design high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in Figma
Partner with Product managers, developers, and analytic teams both across the product and in your product domain
Work within our EG wide Design system
Translate discovery and research insights into new hypotheses.
Collaborate with engineers to determine concept feasibility.
Test viability with users and product partners.
Advocate and educate for UX standard methodologies and research
Who you are:
Proficient in Figma
Comfortable with mobile first designs for a variety of device experiences.
Deep design systems knowledge
Fluent in Design thinking
Understand and promote UX Design best practices and research
Knowledgeable of industry, competitive, complementary products.
Ensures clear, defensible problem statements exist for design solutions.
Familiar with Agile, iterative design.
Able to demonstrate an array of product and interaction design work.
