Location:Bangalore

Salary:As per Market Standards

JD:

Participate as a key member of an implementation/Support team to provide the Functional deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects
Understand customer requirements and functionalities very clearly and provide solution accordingly
Should be able to configure and make changes to existing Sales and Service Processes in SAP CRM 7.0
In this role you will responsible for managing and resolving Incident raised in HPSM
Handle customer escalation topics and meet the customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot / resolve problems reported by customer
Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
Addl : Worked on lease accounting & Funds management
