Job Description
Test Lead - Takes responsibility for delivery of key testing activities within a programme of work defined by a test plan relating to each delivery and client. They are often responsible for defining detailed test plans. As many of these activities involves small teams of test analysts, the Test lead often has supervisory or people management responsibility, with a particular emphasis on maximizing the performance of those that work for them. When leading a team they will have the ability to set objectives for the team and able to review that the objectives are being met. Involved in both "Hands On" engagements leading a test deliverable.
Has the ability to liaise with clients to understand requirements and has the experience to manage the client s expectations. Required to deliver presentation skills and facilitate small workshops. Experienced to perform multiple roles depending on client needs (i.e. Test Analyst, Defect Manager) and liaise with all parties involved to ensure that the schedule is maintained.
Responsibilities
7+ Years of SAP Testing experience and 4+ Years of SAP HANA Testing experience
Functional knowledge of SAP Modules FI, IDM, BPC & REFX.
Understand End to End SAP Business scenarios for modules FI, IDM, BPC & REFX.
Understanding of Testing Basics (End to End Test Life Cycle)
Have experience in writing Test Cases for SAP modules FI, IDM, BPC & REFX.
Reviewing of the test deliverables created by peers.
Preparing SAP modules, Test Cases for integration and system testing.
Preparing Test Data for the test cases.
Executing Test cases for SAP Modules,checking and assessing test results.
Recording and Management of Defects in Test Management tools (HP ALM & Solution Manager) Maintaining Test Cases in Test Management Tools (HP ALM, Solution Manager) Communication with the Test Manager.
Ensure all functional risks are documented along with the mitigations.
Participating in Project meetings.
Assessment of test process.
