Resident Construction Manager - Baroda, Orissa, & Other Locations in IndiaThe Opportunity: An excellent senior level career opportunity for an accomplished senior EPC/ EPCM/ LSTK Project Construction Professional to lead and manage the overall affairs of a Construction Site for large-size Projects in Chemical / Petrochemical/ Fertilisers industries, in a professionally managed environment at one of the best & largest global engineering & construction MNC operating in India for last 40 years.
Job Description
Age Limit: 41 to 53 years (Not over 53 years)
- 20 to 32 years good quality experience in managing Projects at Construction Sites for Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer (DAP/NPK) / Chemical projects on behalf of EPC Contractors or PMC / EPCM Contractors.
- Should have at least 6-7 years experience of working in capacity of Resident Construction Manager (RCM); or should have handled at-least at one site as RCM.
- Should have exposure to all Construction disciplines (i.e., Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation), and all construction activities for EPC projects; and should be expert in his own domain. .
- To lead all aspects of EPC/ EPCM/ LSTK project from concept to commissioning, as a Resident Construction Manager.
- To have complete responsibility for the Overall Site Management for all construction activities (mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation; fabrication, erection and commissioning etc.
- To provide Leadership to site construction team.
- To drive and complete the project from site; and deliver the project with focus on quality, safety, schedule & cost.
- To shoulder complete Project Management responsibilities at site, including: Construction Site Management & Execution; Resource Planning & Optimisation, Supply-chain management, Change Order Management, Monitoring, Review & Control, MIS reporting; Project trouble shooting and problem resolution at site. .
- Entire Co-ordination from site with all stake-holders both Internal & External agencies (including Client/ PMC, Design, Sub-contractors, Process Licensor, Vendors, Inspection Agencies, etc.)
- To comply with all statutory & contractual obligations at site; and implementing necessary quality and safety processes
