1. To ensure that all the SOPs, cGMP practices & safety guidelines in the company.
2. Assist the plant executive for production planning to meet the production targets.
3. Proper guideline to Jr. Supervisor to run the batches as per TBPR/BPR.
4. Attending the necessary trainings provided by the company & trains other as well.
5. Taking & giving charge from / to shift person by physical verification of the status as per logbook / BPR.
6. Maintaining housekeeping & hygiene condition in working premises.
7. Ensuring that all person entering the plant are following the SOP's as applicable.
8. Keeping and maintaining the documents related to plant in presentable from (For external and internal audits)
9. Preparing & updating SOPs, BPR's, etc. as applicable.
10. To co-ordinate with other department for smooth working.
11. Always take the prior permission to take any crucial decision.
12. Identify and report the areas, where changes can be done to reduce the manufacturing cost, without deviating the system.
13. Maintaining all equipment, machinery & building premises in good condition.
14. Focus to accomplish company's values, vision & mission.
15. Any addition responsibility as & when given by Departmental Head.
16. Responsible position (deputy) in absence Executive Production.
