We have job opening for the post of " Chief Steward" - for one of our esteemed clients in the GCC countries for their ongoing projects.

Job Description:

A chief steward supervises and coordinates activities of staff working in the stewarding department of camps.

He is responsible for assisting the Assistant Hospitality Manager and the Catering Chef in enforcing the highest possible levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food-processing facilities, as well as the operating equipment.

Main responsibilities include dishwashing areas operations, night cleaning, back area cleaning, equipment's cleaning and all cutleries, crockeries glassware, etc.

In addition, he is also in-charge of the inventory management of the Stewarding Department under Hospitality Management, and for ensuring that staff continue to meet cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.

Education Qualifications: Ideally have a degree in hospitality or Diploma / Vocational training in Hospitality Industry
