Job Description

Manage the individualize patient care by promoting & restore patients health through nursing process.
Collaborating with physicians & multidisciplinary team members.
Provide physical & psychological support to patients.
Checking vitals, giving bed care such as mouth care, back care, eye care.
Should be informed about patient history details for processing treatment.
Thorough and strict implementation of CSSD procedure like sterilization, ETO, Autoclave etc
Taking hand over from the previous shifts staff
Taking regular floor rounds and visiting patients
Experience of working in intensive care unit (ICU)
