We need Team Leader - Ticketing for our US based travel Vertical (myflightsearch.com)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing ticketing activities for the team such as Issuance, Re-issuance, Re-validation, on world-span / sabre / Amadeus
Cancellation and Refunds, Documenting all activities including follow up with customers and clients to make sure needs are being met.
Understand organisation vision and goals on revenue.
Should communicate monthly goal sheet and share daily targets for key commercial parameters
Role incumbent has to drive multi KPI interface which include Overall revenue, issuance, reissuance, re-validation of tickets.
Conducts timely team meets and huddles to facilitate engagement activities and address team issues.
Ensure follow up review is completed for all initiated activities
SKILLS REQUIRED
Should have minimum 4 years of experience and at least 2 years working as Team lead in international Ticketing
Experience on GDS (sabre Amadeus and worldspan)
24/7 Flexibility to work in shifts
Pro-active attitude, intellectually curious, creative and self-motivated
