Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for rendering service to the clients Voice process
  • Handling Credit Card,
  • Responsible for end to end customer service for clients.
  • Cross sell financial products to customers.
  • Inform customers about new products or products enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
  • Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customers account.
  • Accountable for giving customer service duties linked with customer contacts/inquires
  • Accountable for logging cases handle customers' needs to the system
  • Escalate to appropriate departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed
  • Stick to our Client's defined quality norms
  • Maintain on-going client relationships
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Good pronunciation and has a neutral accent, love the customer service industry


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Freshers are most welcome
  • 12th, Graduate, post graduate can apply
  • 10+2 can also apply
