Job Description
1) Administering detailed credit analysis and preparing project report with financial projections through an independent & robust credit appraisal process;2) Generating MIS report to provide feedback to top management on business operations and resource mobilization
3) Sharing monthly progress report of projects with banks and NBFCs
4) Formulating complete assessment of financial condition preliminary on cash flow basis and communicating the same with the applied banks & financial institutions with quarterly progress reports stating their turnover, profit & stock statements
5) Arranging funds for the organization and its subsidiaries companies in terms of construction finance, corporate loan & lease rental discounting
6) Ensuring timely disbursement/release of funds keeping in compliance with internal team and deadlines.
7) Ensuring compliance with the corporate credit policies of the Banks, NBFC, RBI and other regulatory guidelines
8) Presenting desired research reports to the applied banks and NBFCs and consultants for Due Diligence
9) Responding to the queries raised by the credit authorities of the banks and NBFCs and following them up for the speedy process of sanction of the proposals and disbursement of the same.
