Job Description
1.Candidate will be responsible for his team to acquire, manage and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like Debt, Alternate Assets, Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products.
2. Developing new product ideas to improve revenue generation.
3. Understand investment/financial needs, risk apetite of the client to create and manage a long term Asset Allocation plan.
4. Motivating team to achieve defined targets and retention of current manpower.
5.Initial Handholding to RMs, and Joint calls on High Value prospects/converted clients Exceptional track record of managing portfolio of HNI Clients Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers
6.Self Target - Generating minimum of 1x revenue per month
