L3 production support roles and responsibilities:
Minimum number of a support experience should be not less than 2 years. Working in L2/L3 support analyst role with hands on Linux.
Responsible for L2L3 and client communication.
Responsible for maintaining the support run book
Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring the service.
Familiar with the fundamental principles of ITIL/SLA.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data.
Should have hands-on working experience in Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c, MySQL.
Scripting knowledge of UNIX, PERL is must, also will be plus to have knowledge on JAVA.
Analyze functional and technical cases and provide a resolution in accordance with agreed customer metrics
Resource should know the Incident Problem Management life cycle in a production support project
Resource should have the skills to resolve the Incidents, analyze the batch job failures and arrive at resolutions in short time.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Document known issues solutions and ensures adequate internal communication of problem resolution
Candidate should have flexible to work in night shift
