* Responsible to execute production schedule as per monthly plan

* Responsible for day today operation of Kiln

* Responsible for process optimization

* Responsible for Kiln operation MIS

* Development of his subordinates

* Responsible for specific initiatives like 5S,CFT cement mill section

* Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations of Kiln and coal mill

* Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice

* Responsible for Spares Parts Planning, Budgeting and inventory control
