Job Description
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
A leading Engineering & Construction Company involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas (LNG / Polypropylene) Projects in Murmansk, Russia.
Education:
Bachelor of Science (+) / B.Eng.(+)
Knowledge of Languages:
English, Russian (preferably)
Years of Working Experience.
3(+)
Job Description:
-Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
-Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
-Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
-Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
-Travelling from office to various sites as required.
Technical Requirements:
-Methodical way of thinking.
-Good knowledge of construction.
-Excellent problem solving skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
-The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily.
-Computer literate (estimating software, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), BIM (Building Information Modeling), Microsoft Office Suite applications, etc...)
-A clear understanding of QHSE and legal guidelines.
