The candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of digital marketing - this includes knowledge of individual marketing channels, SEO & SEM, input levers and online performances metrics.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, focused on driving revenue, profitable campaigns and customer footfall in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base.
The Marketing manager's primary responsibilities will include:
Create detailed annual marketing plans that will focus on building awareness, loyalty and engagement for the brand.
Co-coordinating with ad agency and media houses for monthly media release, radio content & creative briefs for advertorial.
Should have prior experience in planning and executing ATL & BTL activities. Cross promotions with in-house brands, sister company or new yet relevant brands in the market.
Oversee loyalty programme this includes new member and new customer acquisition campaigns, customer retention, monthly reports and up-to-date points.
Thorough knowledge of digital media platform, which includes display advertising, search marketing (SEO and SEM), email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting, social marketing, blogging and brand partnerships.
Orchestrate social media and PR activities; identify, follow and participate in all social media trending topics. Create relevant social media content and write irresistible calls-to-action, for targeted audiences.
Analyse campaign performance data and create internal reporting to inform overall performance and ROI
Knowing our market and being obsessively aware of new products, brands, trends, and opportunities
Desired Skills -
Digital Marketing degree. 2 to 3 years of experience building a brand and customer experience portfolio.
Creative skills (photoshop / illustrator/ corel draw/PPT)
Sound capability with numbers and data.
Extensive experience leading integrated marketing efforts especially
online.
Strong ownership and commitment, and the ability and desire to become a leader.
Exceptional project management skills, relationship-building capability and experience in leading through influence.
Demonstrate best-in-class marketing, pushing the limits of technology to tell stories and bring customer experiences to life in new and remarkable ways.
Demonstrate exceptional creative and design sensibilities with attention to detail.
Expert in managing a breadth of marketing agency partners and developing best-in-class creative work.
