Responsible for leading & managing entire HR functions;
Interacting with Management for Internal Open positions and closing the positions within the timeline.
Updating Master Database of Internal & external on daily Additions, Absorption, and Releases of Employees.
Follow up on Timesheets to process payroll.
Taking care of payroll.
Taking care of statutory compliances.
Updating HR MIS.
Leave management
Resource Planning and Manpower Planning
Training & skill development
Performance Management System
Training & Induction
Employee Communication
Employee grievance.
Taking care of admin activities.
Desired Profile
Education and Experience Required:
MBA / PGDM Typically 2-3 years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Executive or Human Resource Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of all human resources areas.
Developed legal knowledge of the local environment.
Strong business acumen.
Strong communications skills.
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Ability to respond independently to complex inquiries.
