Key Roles and Responsibilities

Job safety analysis of activities related
Adherence to PTW
Adherence to SOPs
Regular tool box talks and Safety Campaign
Conduct and participate in periodic HSE audit.
Ensure timely implementation of recommendations of HSE Audits,
Take lead for successful implementation of all improvement projects related to HSE.
Ensure people participation through safety campaign, safety committee
Implement control measures to reduce the risk as per hierarchy of control through standard and procedure.
Ensure HSE management systems is effective to manage risks
Provide HSE inputs for projects, modifications and improvements.Compliance Audits at predefined frequency
Develop and Conduct HSE Training and Communication.
Provide HSE training and awareness.
Facilitate for an effective HSE communication program.
Record site specific HSE lagging and leading parameter
Report site HSE performance report to management periodically.
Monitor deviation in HSE performance and take corrective action.
Collate the audit reports & send the observations to the concerned department for corrective actions.
