Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining relationship between company & customers
  • Handling all customers enquiry after sale
  • Raising Demand Notes and follow up for payments
  • Resolving customer queries in person/mails related to documentation, on payments, technical queries, project update, possession handover, registering agreements, payment follow up, etc
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile

  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience in Real Estate domain is preferable.
  • Female candidates (preferable)
