As a key member of cutting- edge development team responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
IIS Administration
- Responsible for the operation and administration of Application Deployment technologies for all environments
- Responsible for the operation and administration of Web Content Management Systems
- Maintaining and monitoring all IIS applications to ensure performance and availability
- Troubleshooting and responding to all IIS related application issues
- General server configurations, including Patch Installation, Web Server Security, Administration Scripts and Authentication Modes
- Performing in- depth technical root cause analysis for high- priority IIS issues
- Recommending tuning adjustments to resolve complex performance issues
- Providing input and insight on Web Services architecture and build processes
- Setting standards for the configuration of new applications
- Assisting with application release process improvements and automation
- Collaborating with infrastructure and application development teams to ensure optimal performance of IIS- related websites
SQL Server Administration
- Installing and testing new versions of the databases and migrating the data/ applications to new versions
- Working closely with IT team Project Managers, Application Developers, and Vendors to meet the database requirements for the development and enhancement of production applications during the design, development, and implementation of applications
- Performing general technical troubleshooting of database issues with development team
Azure Support
- Supporting Application Stack hosted in Azure Cloud environments
- Handling testing, changes, deployment on dev stage and production environment within SLAs
- Responsible for IIS Web Servers and MS SQL Servers across Staging, Demo, and Production environments

Key Skills
Mandatory Skills:
- Should have 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Industry
- Knowledge and experience in supporting large scale client facing applications and online platforms
- Knowledge of Web and Windows- based Technologies, IIS, and Windows Server
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware/ software lifecycles
- Ability to set up and administer Microsoft IIS websites and Apache Tomcat
- Experience in IIS 7+ administration, installation, migration, and configuration
- Strong understanding of MS Windows Server 2008/ 2012, Load Balancers, General Networking, and Firewall Concepts
- Experience with IIS Log Analysis/ Configuration
- Comfortable working with IIS 7+ Websites, Virtual Directories, and Application Pools
- Familiar with basic IIS security
- Knowledge of SSRS and SSIS
- Expert administration knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012/ 2014/ 2017/ 2019
- Experience with installing, patching and managing SQL Server Cluster
- Proficient with SQL Query review and SQL Query performance tuning
- Strong experience in Database Administration, Database Architecture, and Performance Tuning
- Excellent Performing Tuning Skills with native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Hands- on experience with cloud infrastructure - Azure PaaS
- Experience in creating ARM templates for Azure Applications
- Ability to cover application promotions and page outs during off hours on a rotating basis
- Source Control and Release Management tool sets (i.e. TFS) and adherence to SDLC standards
- Cloud Computing Practices and Azure terminology, technology, and concepts
- Knowledge of ITIL ITSM best practices (i.e. Service Transition, Incident, Change and Problem Management) and ITSM toolsets
- Knowledge of ITSM and Bug Management platforms (i.e. ServiceNow)
- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
- PowerShell/ PowerCLI scripting and automation
- Programming experience in writing stored procedures and SQL Queries is a plus
- Azure DevOps pipeline experience
