Job Description
1) Development and Approval of Business Plans and budgets
a) Strengthen and up gradation of Business Plans in accordance to the operational MGL's assets.
b) Approval and Validation of annual budget in line with company's future expansion plans and existing network to provide smooth and efficient maintenance with no leakage and
gas stop.
c) Ensure effective execution of Business Plans to meet Company's objective and Targets.
2) Responsible for uninterrupted Gas Supply across Company leading to ZERO complaints
a) Review and reporting of MIS
b) Conduct Audits and surprise visits to make ensure Efficient and Safe system of work is in place
c) Evaluate the daily action plan with HOD and advice for smooth functioning
3) Development and Implementation of New Technologies and Market Research
a) Research for Advance Technologies and provide ground for their implementation so to strengthen the current process
4) Liaise with External Stakeholders
a) Conduct meetings at various levels with the Statutory & Govt. Authorities so ease the issues related to permission.
5) Business Review and Reporting
a) Review and ensure streamlined and continuous supply of gas across company, to meet up the desired expectation of the Management.
b) Review HOD's dashboard and provide support in all forms for achieving Individual and Team's target.
6) Quality & Safety
a) Ensure 100% compliance of Company's procedures and norms for Maintenance activity.
b) Conduct workshops with External Stakeholders seeking their view to strengthen the existing process and quality standards.
c) Audit periodically to ensure the Quality of Assets is maintained throughout.
7) People
a) Coordinate with HR department to ensure O&M department is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements
b) Own and develop high potential talent and create a talent pipeline for the department
c) Ensure high level of employee engagement and retention of critical employees
d) Facilitate a conducive work environment that ensures high employee engagement levels at the Site
e) Instil a performance culture in the organization through driving timely goal setting, monitoring, performance review and feedback.
Required Candidate profile
Full time Graduate in Engineering from reputed institute
Minimum 25 years (PQE/ Relevant Experience of 10 years)
Should have led a Team of Managers and Engineers at organization level.

Creation & Up gradation of SOPs
Experience in handling Oil/Natural Gas pipeline Network with familiarity of SCADA, Corrosion monitoring, instrumentation and controls systems associated with pipeline.
Responsible for maintaining entire assets with best industries practices and enhancing operational efficiency with safety and cost optimisation.
